API: commercial coordination

Supplier qualification and technical acceptance remain subject to the buyer’s quality requirements and applicable regulations. How we approach this service
For API enquiries we organize the initial product and supplier questions so procurement, quality and regulatory teams can review the opportunity. Technical acceptance remains with the buyer and its qualified quality function.
Information to include in an enquiry
- API name, grade, specification, CAS number or other available identifiers.
- Destination market, required quantity, forecast and target delivery window.
- Requested documents such as specification, CoA, GMP information or other dossier items, as applicable and available.
Regulatory approvals, import eligibility, quality acceptance, licensing and transaction feasibility must be confirmed for each product and destination market by the responsible parties and qualified professionals.
